The VIM User Manual from the standard VIM distribution is available as a single file suitable for printing. It is available in PDF and PostScript formats, in both A4 and Letter page sizes, and with different text formatting. Select from the file format, page size, and text formatting in the tables below.

The various styles available are as follows:

B&W:

No syntax colouring (i.e. with
:set printoptions+=syntax:n).

Colour:

With syntax colouring using the VIM default colorscheme (i.e. with :colorscheme default).

Special:

With a special colorscheme for printing the user manual using just bold, italic, and underline font styles.

Bookmarked version: A version of the User Manual as PDF with Bookmarks and active web links is available, but only in A4 colour format - a4c_bm.zip (403KB). (With thanks to Xuanchen Tang.)

Notes:
1: Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 or better (or PDF 1.4 compatible PDF reader) is needed to read and print the PDF files. The PDF files do not have active links in them!
